About PDBHAI
A charitable public-benefit initiative preparing for fiscal sponsorship, focused on public guidance, source-backed access intelligence, and family education for medically fragile children and pediatric day-based healthcare.
Making access clearer, more transparent, and more human-supported
Families caring for medically fragile children often face fragmented information, unclear care pathways, inaccessible public documents, and inconsistent explanations of pediatric day-based healthcare options.
PDBHAI exists to make that information clearer, more transparent, and more human-supported — through provider-neutral public guidance, official source libraries, and advocate-assisted navigation that strictly respects family privacy and operates within non-PHI boundaries.
PDBHAI is a charitable project. We do not sell family information, rank providers for payment, or use this initiative to build commercial software.
PDBHAI is preparing for fiscal sponsorship and is not yet accepting tax-deductible donations. Learn more.
What guides everything we do
Transparency
We disclose our relationships, funding sources, and decision-making processes openly. Related-party relationships are published and governed by conflict-of-interest policies.
Neutrality
We do not rank providers based on payment or sponsorship. Our information is independent, and we provide no preferential routing to Harbor or any commercial platform.
Family-centered
We prioritize family choice, autonomy, and informed decision-making. Families navigate on their own terms — we provide tools and information, not prescriptions.
Privacy-respecting
We do not collect protected health information. Our advocate program operates within strict non-PHI boundaries. Family data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
What PDBHAI provides
Family education resources
Plain-English guides about PPEC, pediatric day-based care, state-specific services, and the admission process.
State guides
Official-source guides for families in specific states, starting with Florida and Missouri, with more states planned.
Provider-neutral finder
A searchable directory governed by strict neutrality rules — no paid placement, no lead selling, no commercial bias.
Advocate support
Non-PHI advocate partners who help families navigate public resources within clear, privacy-respecting boundaries.
Public source library
Curated official sources: statutes, regulations, Medicaid guidance, and facility lookup tools organized by state and topic.
The founder and related-party disclosure
PDBHAI was initiated by Scott Silva, founder of Aegis Inside LLC, which also develops Harbor — a separate commercial technology platform for healthcare providers operating PHI-enabled workflows, compliance automation, and billing readiness.
